Introduction
Mission Karmayogi, formally known as the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), is one of the most ambitious reforms in the history of Indian civil services. Its purpose is to transform capacity-building of civil servants by creating a digital-first, competency-driven training ecosystem.
This mission is not just about training officers; it is about building a future-ready civil service that is efficient, accountable, and responsive to citizens’ needs.
