Indian Sites in the Tentative List of UNESCO

The Tentative List is an important preliminary stage in the process of inscription of sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Every member country of UNESCO prepares and maintains a Tentative List of properties that it intends to nominate for World Heritage status in the future.
